Who am I?

I’m Jesse Wyatt Morgan. I design websites here and take wedding & elopement photos + videos there. This particular site contains my photography work taken anywhere between Kauai, the Big Island, Oahu, Alaska, Colorado, Texas, Utah, California, and Mexico. You can also find examples of Super 8 videography that I offer for occasions ranging from weddings to shoots for brands or simply capturing memories of you and your loved ones at a favorite destination.

My story has its fair share of fun and excitement, leading me to some lovely places. You can view some of them under my personal tab where film, digital, or iPhone images are displayed.

In the last decade, I’ve spent the past four years administering Digital Asset Management systems and the past ten years designing websites and managing Content Management Systems for clients in the United States, México, and Canada (I provide copy in both English and Spanish, HTML5/CSS coding, SEO, photography, videography, and UI/UX consulting).

Outside of my professional career, during the summer from 2013 to 2019, I lived in Cordova, Alaska, working on commercial fishing boats that operate within the Prince William Sound fishery (one of the most, if not the most, sustainable salmon fisheries in the world). It was a fulfilling way to make a living through something humans have been doing for thousands of years to care for one another’s health. It was hard work; something of which I’m not shy of entertaining. Salmon are amazing, resilient creatures, and the sea, itself, is humbling. This vocation pushed me leagues beyond my comfort zone and it taught me everything about my own resilience in this world.

I have also enjoyed working in other fields such as social media administration, content creation and optimization, teaching English to speakers of other languages, and organic farming.

In my free time, you may find me playing or watching tennis, biking, hiking, exploring new places, nerding out about music, drinking coffee, or catching a film.
